“这也行”许良、原晓光、张汉普三人作品展

    西五艺术中心将于9月20日本周日晚8点举办 [这也行] 许良/原晓光/张汉普三人作品展开幕派对, 将展出许良, 原晓光, 张汉普近期创作的多幅油画作品。

    许良的作品可以看作是对逾越的练习，对欲望、禁忌限度的讨论以及对中国当下性教育的反思。原晓光的作品几乎都和私人经验有关，是直接地在作品上反映个人生活与社会生活的相互关系。张汉普一直以来关注的就是那些在学的孩子们的状态，并试图在作品中表现他眼中的这群少年们的群体特征。

    许良，原晓光，张汉普，名字的第一个拼音组合起来是XYZ——求解方程组里最常见的几个未知变量，但他们不是要证明什么，只是记录，把生活记录下来，把他们对自己的生存状态的关注用作品记录下来。

    C5Art is presenting [This Will Do Too] Xu Liang / Yuan Xiaoguang / Zhang Hanpu Joint Exhibition this coming Sunday evening, which features their most recent important works of oil paintings, installation and mixed media works.

    Xu Liang’s works can be regarded as a practice of boundaries, a discussion of desire and the limitation of taboo, as well as rethink of current sex education in China. As for Yuang Xiaoguang, most of his works are related to his personal experience, he directly reflects the interrelation of his private life and the social life in his works. The status of school age children is Zhang Hanpu’s main focus all along, the group character of these youngsters appeared in his works are his attitude towards the current education situation.

    Xu Liang, Yuan Xiaoguang and Zhang Hanpu graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2006, and put the first letter of their surnames together is XYZ- the most common variables in equation, yet they are not here to prove anything but to record, record their life and the concerns of their surviving state with their works.
